Heather Thomson On Bethenny’s Business Advice: ‘You Are One Smart Cookie’

Heather Thomson may have started her own clothing company after spotting a need in the marketplace, but it sounds like she has done well on her own. When Heather and the other ladies traveled to Turks and Caicos on this week’s episode of The Real Housewives of New York, Thomson decided to bring some of her business products for the other ladies.

When Heather Thomson decided to share her products with the ladies, Bethenny Frankel had an idea. She thought it would be great for Heather to enter the fitness space and create products that worked well for women who needed support when working out. But Thomson had already entered the space, and now she is sharing her thoughts about Frankel’s unsolicited business advice.

According to a new Bravo report, Heather Thomson is now revealing that she sees this as a great opportunity to make peace with Bethenny. The two have been feuding a little, but Thomson really wants to make peace with her co-star.

“It’s always so interesting to see what’s covered on the show, because while you might get to see one thing going on, something else you might not see is always happening at the same time. I was much more interested in my conversation with Bethenny. We’re finally talking normally — hooray!” Heather Thomson reveals, adding that her conversation with Bethenny was much more important to her than other drama.

Heather appreciated Bethenny’s suggestion to focus on fitness wear. But as Thomson reveals, she has already entered this space and already done well. It wasn’t seen as a dig at all, but rather a great piece of advice. And Heather took the advice with a smile.

“Our first night on the island, I brought the girls some of the newest pieces from my Yummie active collection, and was happy to hear how much everyone was liking my active and denim. Although Bethenny thinks I’ve ‘suddenly’ struck gold with fitness apparel, this launch was not new. I launched my active collection last summer as a natural progression for my brand, not as a response to a trend. But thanks for the suggestion, Frankel, you are one smart cookie,” Heather Thomson reveals.

It sounds like Heather is just happy that she and Bethenny are speaking to one another in a cordial and calm manner. According to the Inquisitr, the Skinnygirl mogul has said that Heather Thomson isn’t her frenemy.
