Bobbi Kristina Brown’s Conservator Files Lawsuit Accusing Nick Gordon Of Assault And Stealing Thousands

In the wake of Bobbi Kristina Brown’s deteriorating condition in hospice care, her conservator has decided to file a lawsuit against her former partner Nick Gordon. Since March, it’s been suggested that there was foul play that led to Bobbi Kristina being found face down in the bathtub of her home in Atlanta.

Now that it looks grim for Bobbi Kristina, according to E! Bobbi Kristina’s estate, namely Belinda Hargrove, is filing a lawsuit against Gordon for alleged physical abuse, and for reportedly stealing thousands from Bobbi Kristina.

In a statement, the estate of Bobbi Kristina Brown said, “Today I filed a lawsuit on behalf of Bobbi Kristina Brown. I filed this lawsuit to pursue justice on behalf of Bobbi Kristina Brown. No human being, male or female, should endure what Bobbi Kristina endured.”

“Pat Houston and Bobby Brown have done all they can to take care of Bobbi Kristina since this terrible tragedy occurred. I have worked closely with both of them and we all want the very best for Bobbi Kristina. This lawsuit represents our collective efforts to get justice for Bobbi Kristina.”

“We pray that justice will be done for her and that it will be swift.”

The statement goes on to say that Nick Gordon stole thousands from Bobbi Kristina Brown while she’s been in a medically induced coma.

“Even after Brown’s hospitalization, and while she was in a coma, (Gordon) accessed Brown’s bank account(s) and stole in excess of $11,000 from Brown’s bank account(s).”

The horrifying claims continue, as the estate accuse Nick Gordon of physically beating her throughout the duration of their relationship. This was hinted at since there were markings found on Bobbi Kristina’s body when she arrived at the hospital.

“Defendant also began to commit domestic violence on Brown, including punching her in the face, knocking out a front tooth and dragging her upstairs by her hair.”

“Just prior to Jan. 31, Brown had confided to someone that Defendant was not the man she thought he was and set up a time on Jan. 31 to meet with this person to further discuss this revelation. Brown, however, never made it to the meeting.”

It should also be noted that Nick Gordon is a recovering addict. Back in April he was released from rehab and is back at home with his mother, Michelle Gordon.

The damages sought out totals up to $10 million for assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and battery.
