‘Big Brother 17’ Spoilers: Everything ‘BB17’ Fans Need To Know Before Season Premiere On CBS

Big Brother 17 spoilers have been building up for weeks.

Now the BB17 season premiere is here, and the spoilers fans have been heading will get replaced with some new ones. For those fans of the show that need to be caught up for the Big Brother 2015 season premiere on Wednesday night (June 24), fan site Big Brother Network has provided a new report on the show.

Among the noteworthy information provided is that the first two episodes will air at 8 p.m. PT/ET on CBS. That will be on June 24 and 25, with the premiere likely dedicated just to cast introduction and the second episode to the first real competitions of the season. Since the Big Brother 17 cast has already been in the house for several days, there is also likely a lot of footage that CBS can choose from. This is where many fresh BB17 spoilers will come from, as viewers don’t know what’s been going on in the house since the weekend.

Host Julie Chen is also going to speak during the first episode, introducing viewers to a summer that will be filled with surprises and twists. As Big Brother Network explained, it could be very interesting to see how the houseguests react when Chen tells then about the twists. What hasn’t been revealed is whether they will know ahead of time that there is going to be some sort of twist every week during the summer. Social media has had mixed responses to that, with some fans feeling that it’s possible for the show to be too “twisty.”

As previously reported on the Inquisitr, Big Brother 17 will have its first transgender cast member this summer as well. Julie Chen spoke on The Talk about how that cast member will reveal it to the other houseguests on one of the first two episodes, and how this is going to take the reality competition show in an interesting direction. That transgender cast member is Audrey Middleton, a 25-year-old digital media consultant from small-town Georgia.

There are 14 cast members that CBS has revealed on the website for Big Brother 17, but it has been rumored that two former cast members of The Amazing Race are also in the house. If the rumors turn out to be true, Jackie Ibarra and Jeffrey Weldon would bump the BB17 cast up to 16 members. They recently participated in a “blind date” season of The Amazing Race for CBS. That about wraps up the Big Brother 17 spoilers that online fans know about so far, but with several days of the competition already taking place, more BB17 information will likely come out later in the week.
