‘Real Housewives of New York’ Star Bethenny Frankel Wants Kristen Taekman To Be The Latest ‘Housewives’ Casualty

Kristen Taekman may have seen her last days on Real Housewives of New York. According to Radar Online, Kristen will not be asked to return in the next season of the show due to her ongoing disagreements with fellow co-star Bethenny Frankel.

“Kristen will probably not be invited back to the show because she doesn’t fit in and her storyline is stale,” an inside source recently revealed. The source went on to add that Taekman had annoyed Frankel so much during this season that “Bethenny wants her off the show.”

Meanwhile, Taekman let out some frustration of her own in a recent blog post. She wrote that “everyone has to walk around on egg shells” when interacting with Frankel, who was reintroduced to the series in order to add more spice to the show in its seventh season.

Given Frankel’s importance on the show and the fact that things aren’t getting better between the two women, it is possible that producers could let Taekman go. According to Page Six, an insider revealed that if Bethenny wants her gone, then it will happen. “It will be the nail in Kristen’s coffin. Bethenny wants her off the show. She is now the anchor. Kristen is likely departing.”

Despite all of the rumors surfacing about a possible casting change, producers of the show have yet to comment on the matter.

Elsewhere, the drama is really ramping up on the show, as there are only a few episodes remaining this season. The main source of the drama surrounds the antics of Ramona Singer and LuAnn Lesseps during the group’s trip to Turks and Caicos.

Apparently, the two women invited a couple of strange men to their hotel after a wild night of partying. The appearance of the strange men and partying led to quite the fight between several cast members. Although it isn’t apparent as to which of the ladies actually brought the men back to their room, their actions were not approved by their co-stars.

The situation reached such epic proportions that De Lesseps recorded a song that was influenced by the events during the Turks and Caicos trip. While the reality star is set to debut the song during a Pride float in late June, fans can only hope that it is better than her last song, “Money Can’t Buy You Class.”

Real Housewives of New York, which is getting ready to celebrate its 100th episode on June 30, airs Tuesday nights on Bravo.
