Watch India Vs. Bangladesh Cricket 3rd ODI Live Online: Can Tigers ‘Banglawash’ India In ODI Series?

Watch cricket live online from Dhaka, Bangladesh as India desperately tries to salvage one win in the Third ODI of the three-match One Day International series between the two rival cricketing nations, after they’ve already lost a series to their smaller neighboring country for the first time in history, falling to a six-wicket defeat after Bangladesh bowled the tourists out for 200 on Sunday.

To find out how to watch the India vs. Bangladesh Third ODI streaming live online from Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium, see the information at the bottom of this article. First ball is scheduled for 3 p.m. in Dhaka on Wednesday, June 24. That’s 5 a.m. United States East Coast time, 2 a.m. Pacific.

Bangladesh will be going for an eye-opening 11th consecutive win at home in 50-over matches, after sweeping a five-ODI series from Zimbabwe followed by a stunning 3-0 whitewash — or “Banglawash” — of Pakistan in April.

But the most impressive achievement so far has been the decisive Bangladesh victories in both of the first two ODI matches of the current series.

The home winning streak is sandwiched around a World Cup campaign in the February/March tournament that grabbed the attention of the cricket world when Bangaldesh qualified for the World Cup knockout round for the first time.

But not everyone has been wowed by the newly formidable Bangladesh. In India, press has cited the fatigue of their country’s national players, who are coming to the end of a grueling season that included the World Cup and for a large number of players on the national side, an intense Indian Premier League tournament that started barely two weeks after the World Cup concluded.

One cricket great, former England Captain Geoffrey Boycott, also counted himself unimpressed with the recent Bangladesh rise to cricket prominence.

“They’ve had one or two good performances but I think we are getting carried away a little bit,” Boycott sniffed, in an interview with ESPN Cricinfo.

“Beating India occasionally, and Pakistan or Sri Lanka, doesn’t send waves through the cricket world. That doesn’t make the world of cricket sit up until you go to Australia or South Africa or New Zealand, and beat them in their countries. That will be a huge step and we will all take notice.”

Of course, Bangladesh did defeat Boycott’s former side, England, in Adelaide, Australia — the match that clinched the Bangladesh entry into the World Cup quarterfinals.
