‘Breaking Bad’ Star Makes His Catwalk Debut In Bizarre Runway Fashion Show [NSFW]

Since the iconic television show Breaking Bad has ended, many of the actors have gone on to various other projects, including the equally critically acclaimed show, Better Call Saul. But one particular Breaking Bad star has chosen an especially unique career to pursue since the finale: fashion modeling.

RJ Mitte, who played Walter Jr. in Breaking Bad, has appeared in a Gap campaign before, but made his catwalk debut as a male model for Men’s Fashion Week on Monday. According to UPI, Mitte walked the runway at the opening and closing of the Vivienne Westwood fashion show in Milan. The Breaking Bad actor showed up in two unique outfits, both equally bizarre and one slightly NSFW. Both looks were from the Vivienne Westwood spring/summer 2016 collection.

In the photos below, you can see Breaking Bad’s very own Walt Jr. wear a strange ensemble of seemingly paint-stained sweats with a bag over his chest featuring an image of a woman’s breasts. The other outfit is a little tamer, featuring a patterned blazer and a stylish t-shirt.

According to Time, the Breaking Bad actor is also launching a career in the music industry. RJ Mitte has also previously worked as a D.J., but it seems he’s dabbling more in modeling now, thanks to his good looks.

Mitte is certainly keeping busy in multiple entertainment fields, despite the slight setback of having mild cerebral palsy, like his character on Breaking Bad. The disease does little more than affect RJ’s speech, as evidenced by his confident stride on the Fashion Week catwalk.

The 22-year-old seemed thrilled to be a part of the runway show and expressed his gratitude to the fashion moguls who hired him on Twitter.

“Thank u 4 having me!” he tweeted.

According to Mashable, Vivienne Westwood has cast familiar television stars to walk the runway before. Last year, they hired Brienne of Tarth (Gwendoline Christie) from Game of Thrones.

Fellow Breaking Bad star Bryan Cranston also made a surprise appearance this weekend at the electronic music festival Electric Daisy Carnival in Las Vegas. Cranston introduced the Above & Beyond song “Walter White” in costume as his Breaking Bad character.

What do you think about RJ Mitte breaking out in the fashion industry? Do you think he should return to acting?
