Chris Brown Gets Dissed By Baba Mama Nia Guzman On Father’s Day, Throws Shade In Response
Chris Brown may be happily celebrating his first Father’s Day with one-year-old daughter Royalty, however, it appears Brown’s baby mama, Nia Guzman, is throwing shade at the “Loyal” singer via Instagram in honor of the holiday.
While Brown may have only recently discovered that he is the father of the adorable baby girl, Guzman chose to honor her boyfriend, King Ba, in a Father’s Day Instagram tribute and made no mention of baby daddy Chris Brown in her post.
Guzman took to Instagram early Sunday morning to share a sweet message to boyfriend King Ba for Father’s Day, telling her beau how much she appreciates him being there for Royalty “since day one,” leaving fans to wonder if this is Guzman’s way of shading Brown on his first holiday, Hollywood Life reports.
“What’s understood doesn’t have to be explained….You’ve been down since day one…When I lack the patience for the kids…You come right in and soothe and simmer me down! You’ve always put family first and the kids before yourself…I love you for life!”
Guzman later deleted the message to boyfriend King Ba, however, fans took to social media to express their opinions of Guzman’s eyebrow-raising post.
The news comes shortly after reports suggest that King Ba and Brown have been feuding over who is Royalty’s true father, with Ba even calling Brown a “sperm donor” and implying that he isn’t worthy of being Royalty’s real dad.
Ba even got a tattoo in honor of the little girl just weeks after learning that Brown is Royalty’s real father, engraving a crown above an old tattoo of Guzman’s name on his forearm.
Brown seemingly responded to Guzman’s shade in his own Instagram message in honor of Father’s Day, giving a shout out to the “real fathers” on this special holiday.
“Happy Father’s Day to the real fathers. She changed my life. #GLAD2BEHERDAD,” Brown wrote alongside a sweet photo of himself and Royalty.

TMZ reports that while Brown and Guzman have been at odds over child support payments for Royalty, Guzman extended Brown’s visitation rights with his daughter so that the duo could spend their first holiday together.
Brown is reportedly throwing a party for Royalty in honor of Father’s Day, complete with Mexican food, a bounce house, a swimming pool, and other means of entertainment.
Brown invited close friend Tyga and his son, King Cairo, to the festivities, although it’s unclear whether or not Tyga’s girlfriend, Kylie Jenner, will be in attendance after Brown made transphobic comments about Caitlyn Jenner.
Although Guzman and Brown are still on to battle out child support payments in court in the future, sources close to Guzman told TMZ that she doesn’t want to come off “like a bitter mom.”
