Ben Affleck, Jennifer Garner Renovating, Not Divorcing, After Removal Vans Spotted Outside Home

Over the last few months there has been increasing speculation that Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have either separated or are going to divorce. So, the sight of a removal van outside their home over the weekend instantly led to more rumors that they’d decided to call time on their marriage.

On Saturday, a moving van was seen outside the Pacific Palisades, California, home that Garner and Affleck share with their three children, 9-year-old Violet, 6-year-old Seraphina, and 3-year-old Samuel. Two workers were even seen carrying furniture and boxes into the van.

However, People have now reported that rather than these being the belongings of one of the pair, the workers from storage firm Wetzel & Son were carrying out furniture and boxes before work begins on renovating their home.

Giannetti Architects, a Los Angeles-based storage firm, also confirmed that the couple are doing renovation work on their home to the Daily Mail. The company stated, “Ben and Jennifer are renovating their main house, requiring moving trucks to move and store furniture accordingly for construction to begin.”

Garner and Affleck will celebrate their 10-year wedding anniversary on June 29. They married in 2005, having originally met on the set of Daredevil back in 2003, before they started dating a few months later.

The acting pair have recently been crossing the length and breadth of North America because of the cavalcade of projects that they’re currently working on. Affleck recently concluded work on Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice, which will see him debut as Bruce Wayne opposite Henry Cavill’s Superman, while most of his filming for this project took place in Detroit.

Affleck was also spotted on-set in Toronto shooting sequences for Suicide Squad, where he will appear as Batman for a second time.

Meanwhile, Jennifer Garner has been filming Nine Lives in Quebec, Canada, too. The pair have regularly been returning to their home in California while working on these ventures in order to spend time with each other and their children.
