Selena Gomez Plays Ball, Teases New Single ‘Good For You,’ Plans To Write Tell-All Book?
Batters up for Selena Gomez. The singer took time out of her busy schedule to join other A-list stars for the Big Slick Celebrity Softball Game on Friday, June 19.
Gomez was all smiles at the Kansas City fundraiser held by actors David Koechner, Eric Stonestreet, Jason Sudeikis, Paul Rudd, and Rob Riggle. The annual fundraiser was created to benefit Children’s Mercy Hospital. Gomez took a “fly to the left field” but was safe on first. She also took countless selfies with fans and other celebrities.
Selena was described as “adorable” by several news reports. She wore a Kansas City Royals’ blue jersey and Big Slick baseball cap. Selena even showed off her athletic skills, as she got a few hits during the game. Not only is she a singer and actress, but apparently she’s quite the baseball player as well.
Earlier that day, Selena Gomez met with the patients at Children’s Mercy Hospital. Gomez, along with Olivia Wilde, were seen bringing joy to a patient named Little Chase. Gomez even got some of her fellow teammates to give a shout-out to her fans, known as “Selenators,” as seen on her Instagram account.
Speaking of Selena’s fans, she’s been teasing them about her new single “Good For You.” The song has already leaked onto the internet, but it was quickly removed as well. Gomez is set to release her new single featuring A$AP Rocky on June 22. She’s been teasing her fans with photos and videos leading up to it.
On Friday, Selena shared the single’s cover photo, which shows her posing in nothing but a white T-Shirt. Selena also poses sexy on a stool as she places her hands on her wet slicked back hair.
She captioned the photo, “So excited to finally show you guys the art for #GoodForYou ft. @asvpxrocky coming 6/22!!”

“A$AP Rocky then delivers a tasteful verse (by his standards) towards the end of the song. It feels a little forced, but the rapper’s involvement will open the song up to multiple radio formats. All in all, it’s a refreshingly original anthem that creates a whole new lane for Selena. I love that she’s managed to find a mature and sexy sound without going down the well-worn path to ratchetivity.”
Now a new report is claiming that Selena Gomez is not just planning to write about her relationship with Justin Bieber, but also about her alleged drug use and hookups with Cara Delevingne. According to a new report, Gomez is planning to a write a tell-all book that gives the tumultuous details about her friendships, relationships, hookups, and more. An alleged source says that Gomez has had as many same-sex relationships as she’s had heterosexual relationships.
“She didn’t put labels on it, but Selena did at one time have a relationship with a girl back-up dancer for several months. They would make out, hold hands, and do the things that you do when you are dating someone.”
