Three kids and a whole lot of Kardashian family drama can’t keep Kourtney from getting fit. The 36-year-old has finally shed her pregnancy weight and is looking fabulous in her ab-revealing tees and skin tight denim. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has been quite open about her road to her fit physique, and sources close to the star let E!News in on her secret for making sure her goal became reality. Fashion and Style shares the info relayed via Kardashian’s new yoga teacher Leila Johnson.

“Everything she eats is very fresh, handmade, less processed, less garbage. We make our own roasted trail mixes. We use coconut oil, raw pumpkin seeds and other nuts. She is obsessed with ghee. It’s clarified butter… She cooks with it and you can eat it on an empty stomach.”

In addition, E!News reports that Kourtney has been working out at 45 minutes or more, three to five times per week with her trainer Don Brooks, and the mommy of three has been sporting a waist trainer to help get her core to a desirable shape.

On Thursday, Kourtney took to Instagram to flaunt her flat and defined stomach along with her trim waist, captioning her pic with Soulja Boy lyrics, demonstrating how pleased she is with her 120 pound frame.

OK! Magazine gives even more insight in regards to the tactics Kourtney used to reach her goal weight. A “special tea” assisted as an appetite suppressant.

“Kourtney reportedly drank Lyfe Tea Teatox, which she talks about on her social media, twice a day for added weight loss. ‘It clears the body of toxins and gives her energy to work out,’ a source reportedly said.”

As noted, intense workouts involving weights were instrumental in shaping and sculpting her sexy shape. To keep her workouts social, she even sometimes works out with her younger sister Khloe, who reportedly has also begun drinking the miracle tea that Kourtney swears by.

All in all, Kourtney Kardashian has reportedly dropped 35 pounds over the course of 5 months and has maintained her focus, even throughout, the media storm circulating around her step-father Bruce Jenner, now Caitlyn Jenner, and the entire Kardashian clan. Although, media and publicity does seem to be what the Kardashian-Jenner crew thrives on. Perhaps the drama is a recipe for success in their world.
