Courtney Love Accuses Dave Grohl of Hitting On Frances Bean Cobain
When Courtney Love isn’t trying to start a twitter fight with muppet man, Jason Segel, the brash rocker is using the social network to accuse Dave Grohl, former Nirvana drummer and close friend of the late Kurt Cobain, of engaging in some inappropriate behavior with daughter Frances Bean Cobain.
Specifically, the Hole singer, Love, used her private twitter account to accuse 43 year-old Grohl of trying to seduce 19 year-old Cobain. She claims that Bean’s roommate went to her with the information that Grohl was “hitting on her”, tweeting to her 792 followers on the secondary account, “I hear from frannies roommate that @davegrohl hit on frances and that she was curious , I’m not mad at her , him i am about to shoot, dead.”
According to Courtney Love, she has her driver as a second source who told the singer Grohl was, “all over her.” Since then Love has repeatedly threatened the Foo Fighters front man and has declared him being “sexually obsessed” with the late Kurt Cobain.
To further the sexual obsession that Love claims Grohl has, Courtney went on to say that he has tried to sleep with her, and that “he had that romney rape thing about him.” Although rumors circulated that the long feud had ended, Courtney Love’s accusations shouldn’t come as a huge surprise. The two have been in a feud over financial problems and the rights of Nirvana’s music catalog, taking shots at each other over the years.
As recently as November, Courtney Love took to a stage in Brazil to air her grievances with Grohl saying Grohl was stealing her money that belonged to Kurt’s family, and taking money off of her kid’s table.
Love’s relationship with her daughter has been estranged for years, and recently a restraining order was put into action against Love from her daughter Frances with accusations of pet abuse.
Dave Grohl has responded to the accusations stating, “These new accusations are upsetting, offensive and absolutely untrue.”
