‘RHOBH’ Production To Begin This Summer

RHOBH production on Season 6 is scheduled to begin in the next few weeks. Although the Season 6 cast has yet to be officially revealed, Extra TV confirmed on June 18 that RHOBH production will start this summer.

RHOBH production typically begins in the summer, so the news is no big surprise. However, because of the latest round of rumors regarding who would be coming and who would be going from the series, many worried RHOBH production could possibly be delayed.

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Kim Richards was fired earlier this month, and Brandi Glanville has reportedly been booted from the show, as well. While an E! News report, claiming Glanville’s full-time role had been cut, alleged she may return to the show in guest appearances, it seems safe to assume that she will no longer be featured as an official housewife during RHOBH production.

“Brandi Glanville will not return to the series as a full-time Housewife… Brandi is upset, but she understands and is grateful for the opportunity to be on the show.”

On Twitter, Glanville appeared to confirm she would no longer be seen in a full-time role during RHOBH production. After sharing a number of tweets regarding a big decision, Glanville posted the following message to fans.

E! News also spoke of Richards’ return as well as her thoughts on no long being a part of RHOBH production.

“Kim is fine with not returning. She knows she needs to focus on her health right now. She’s doing well. She’s talking to her children and they’ve all visited her. Right now, she’s not sure how long she’s going to stay in treatment. She’s taking it one day at a time.”

While RHOBH production will certainly be different without Glanville, her absence will likely restore what the series was meant to be about: glamour and class. Between Lisa Vanderpump, Lisa Rinna, Kyle Richards and Eileen Davidson, the women’s sixth season should be much more positive than those prior.

Although drama is expected during RHOBH production, it would be nice to see a more positive series that focuses no only on the tension between co-stars, but also on the ladies’ over-the-top lifestyles in Beverly Hills.

No official start date for RHOBH production has yet been announced.
