Paulina Gretzky, Bikini Body Bared, Reveals Post-Pregnancy Weight Loss Diet And Fitness [Photos]


Paulina Gretzky recently rocked a bikini that showed she knows all the secrets to post-pregnancy weight loss. Daughter of ex-pro hockey player Wayne Gretzky and fiancee of golfer Dustin Johnson, the new mom gave a hint of how she felt just six months after giving birth, reported People.

“Lounging,” sums up the theme of Paulina’s pose as she holds her green juice peacefully.

Born in January, Tatum is the 26-year-old model’s and 30-year-old golfer’s first son. And she doesn’t just live around those who are fit: Paulina also works out faithfully herself.

When Golf Digest interviewed Paulina, Gretzky shared her bikini body secrets. She posed for the cover for the publication’s fitness issue, crediting her parents’ genes and hard work in the form of diet and exercise.

“First of all, I was blessed with incredible genes. Look at my parents! But it’s really 70-percent diet and 30-percent working out. It’s all about fitting in some exercise wherever you are,” said Paulina.

And as a new mom, Gretzky also needs to find time for her precious baby boy.

Gretzky also revealed that her bikini body comes after a recent shift in her exercise methodology.

“I used to run every day, and I absolutely loved it. It was like meditation for me. I also loved kickboxing. What really kept me in great shape was dancing. Lately, I’ve been constantly on the go, so I don’t get to run much anymore. Now I’m doing workout videos every day. If you don’t want to go to the gym and would rather work out alone, all you have to do is find a workout on YouTube.”

As for her diet, Paulina recommends portion control and limiting treats.

“It’s as simple as Everything in Moderation. I’ll eat pizza and cheeseburgers, but I won’t do it every day,” said Gretzky, summing up her bikini body diet.

And if you’re thinking that it seems impossible to maintain that fabulous figure by eating foods like pizza and cheeseburger, Paulina isn’t the only one revealing that moderation is the key to staying slim.

Just like Gretzky and her bikini body, Audrey Hepburn’s son recently revealed that the actress credited her own elegantly slender figure to eating pasta and dark chocolate regularly, as the Inquisitr reported.

In addition to Paulina’s vigorous workouts, she revealed that stretching counts too, and she follows her fiance’s lead there.

“Stretching is one of Dustin’s main things. People tend to forget about stretching and underestimate how important it is when working out. For men and for women,” added Paulina.
