Zookeepers Are Re-Creating A ‘Jurassic World’ Raptor Scene, And It’s Hilarious

Jurassic World’s humongous success has now well and truly made the Jurassic Park franchise part of the pop culture landscape once again.

Colin Trevorrow’s fourth installment to the hugely popular series has already grossed over $550 million, and along the way, it has broken several box-office records. But a recent spate of homages to a particular Jurassic World scene, each of which have been appearing online courtesy of zookeepers from across the world, are what the film should be most proud of.

The scene in question see Chris Pratt’s Owen Grady controlling his trio of raptors with his hand movements, and stopping them from lunging, mauling, and eating both him and part of his team.

And now, zookeepers across the globe have decided to recreate this moment by taking the same stance as Pratt’s character, but in front of different animals instead. You can check out some of these hilarious posts below. It will be the best thing you do all Thursday.

That’s really only the beginning though, because Instagram has been lit up with just as many posts that have seen zookeepers channeling their inner Chris Pratt while working. Those of you who want to spend hours exploring all of these glorious pictures need to just follow the hashtag #JurassicZookeeper.

Chris Pratt himself has already taken to his own Twitter account to endorse the homage.

Jurassic World is currently in cinemas, and if you haven’t seen it yet, then you are probably one of the few people on the planet who hasn’t.
