Sharon Osbourne Is A Grandmother Again, Son Jack Welcomes Another Baby Girl

It’s another baby girl for Jack Osbourne and wife Lisa, and Sharon Osbourne is a proud grandmother again. The couple welcomed baby Andy Rose Osbourne into the world this weekend, making their firstborn daughter a big sister.

People reports that the 6 lbs., 11 oz. Andy Rose, born on June 13, has a 3-year-old sibling, Pearl Clementine, who has been happily anticipating the arrival of her new sister, according to mom, Lisa.

“Pearl is very happy to become a big sister. She diligently reads her ‘I’m a big sister’ books every night & recites to me her plans of bathing, feeding, singing to, and holding the baby.”

The new baby comes at a favorable time for Sharon Osbourne, who recently took a leave of absence from The Talk, after collapsing from exhaustion last month. The talk show host’s representative indicated that the leave of absence would last around a month. Since Sharon has yet to return back to the show, she’ll have time to spend with her new granddaughter.

Meanwhile, Jack Osbourne, when he’s not busy being a doting father, is working on creating awareness for multiple sclerosis (MS). Jack, diagnosed with MS in 2012, has spent the past three years working on a campaign entitled, “You Don’t Know Jack About MS.”

He recently partnered with Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. in order to launch his new website, which aims to help educate people about MS and provide resources to those affected by it in the United States.

In a recent press release, Jack opened up about living with MS and how he hopes his experiences can help others who are going through the same thing.

“I have a personal interest in developing the new You Don’t Know Jack About MS website to make it as helpful and relatable as possible for those living with MS, like myself. Since my diagnosis three years ago, I have found so much satisfaction in helping others better understand MS, and I hope the new content inspires others who are living with MS to take an active role in how they manage their disease.”

In addition to MS education and awareness, the website also helps to dispel common myths about the disease and assists caregivers and loved ones of people affected by MS.
