Porsha Williams ‘Fighting The Urge To Be Petty’ About Peter Thomas And Cynthia Bailey Cheating Scandal?

Porsha Williams seems to be fighting the urge to say “I told you so” in response to the cheating scandal that has engulfed her The Real Housewives of Atlanta co-star Cynthia Bailey and her husband, Peter Thomas. On Wednesday, a day after a video came out that shows Peter getting too close to another woman, Porsha posted a message about “fighting the urge to be petty.” Porsha was bashed by Cynthia and Peter on social media and on the season 7 reunion show for claiming that Peter is a cheater.

The video, which can be seen on The Shade Room‘s Instagram page, shows Peter seemingly cheating on Cynthia. As a woman tapes herself dancing in a club or lounge, Peter, in the background, places his hand around a young woman’s face and then kisses her on the lips. He then slides his hand down her chest.

Peter responded after the video came out. In a video that he posted to his Instagram page but has since deleted, but not before it was captured by The Shade Room, Peter denied that he’s a cheater.

“There’s stuff all over Instagram that makes me look like a big ass cheater. That’s not what it is. That’s a friend of mine at a club that I was talking to. Looks crazy — I know it does, so I’m apologizing to my wife. I’m apologizing to my two beautiful daughters…daddy’s not a cheater.”

On Wednesday, Cynthia Bailey told Us Weekly that she thought that what Peter Thomas did in the video was “inappropriate” and “embarrassing” but that she and Peter will deal with it “as husband and wife.”

“My marriage is not perfect. We’re going to deal with this issue as husband and wife. Most marriages go through their share of challenges, and ups and downs. Peter and I are no exception. I felt the video was inappropriate, and embarrassing.”

“I expect him to accept full accountability for his actions. We are coming up on our five-year wedding anniversary and we will deal with this situation as husband and wife. I appreciate everyone’s well wishes, and concerns.”

Earlier on Wednesday, Cynthia told radio station V-103 that Peter will have to “be a little more careful” from now on.

“I wasn’t there. When I saw the video I thought it was inappropriate…but I’m not going to set his clothes on fire, but we’re going to talk about some things…I’m going to need him to be a little more careful with who he’s kissing on or looking like he’s kissing on or putting his hands on the neck or grazing their breast.”

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, both Cynthia Bailey and Peter Thomas lashed out at Porsha Williams, as well as Phaedra Parks, as The Real Housewives of Atlanta aired for saying that Peter is a cheater while filming the show. Peter even tweeted that Porsha and Phaedra are just making things up to deflect what’s happening in their own lives. Later, during the season 7 reunion show, Cynthia had some choice words for Porsha for talking about her marriage.
