Selena Gomez Sizzles For ‘Hotel Transylvania 2’ Promo — Why Did Adam Sandler And Kevin James Turn Up In Casuals?
Selena Gomez ensured she was the most glamorous person on the red-carpet for the promotion of her upcoming animation movie — Hotel Transylvania 2. Her co-stars, Adam Sandler and Kevin James, on the other hand, turned up in casuals.
While promoting Hotel Transylvania 2, Selena Gomez ensured she looked her best when she arrived at Summer of Sony Pictures Entertainment event in Cancun, Mexico, on Sunday. It is safe to say she looked way more glamorous than the lead men in the animated movie. Selena wore a stunning two-piece midriff-baring Katie Ermilio number, showing off her curves. The dress included an ankle-length skirt with a thigh-high slit, combined seductively with a red satin bra top.
However, in what could otherwise be considered as a fashion faux pas, Sandler and James appeared to have jumped out of bed and strolled in straight to the event. Neither Sandler nor James appeared to make any effort to dress up for their much-awaited sequel to the hit movie, Hotel Transylvania. While Sandler wore what looked like attire reserved solely for sleeping, James turned up in a black t-shirt and shorts. No wonder she has been avoiding them.
Gomez posted a photo on her Instagram account of the three. The caption reads, “My cast mates-Hotel Transylvania 2.”

Selena, Sandler, and James have voiced leading characters earlier. While Sandler lends his voice once again to Count Dracula, the rather tame and cute version of the blood-sucking vampire lord, James will once again voice Frankenstein. Other characters will be voiced by Mel Brooks, Fran Drescher, Keegan-Michael Key, Andy Samberg, Steve Buscemi, Molly Shannon, and David Spade.
Selena voices the now grown-up Mavis, the adorable daughter of Count Dracula, who he is overly protective about. With release slated for September 25, the cast doesn’t have much time for the promotions, but Sandler and James perhaps think their mere presence is enough to excite the crowds.
Selena, on the other hand, clearly took efforts not just to play her part well off-screen, but also interacted with a bunch of cute kids, as well. Selena also shared a photo of herself with a bunch of little girls dressed and posing as vampires. The caption reads: ” ‘Hotel Transylvania 2‘ press with the crew babies. Can’t wait for you to see this movie. So Sweet!”

Hotel Transylvania 2 takes the story of young Mavis and her human boyfriend, Johnny, who is now her husband, a step further, with a kid on board, who may or may not take after his grandfather’s legacy.
