Kate Hudson chose a bikini for her Greece vacation that was made of skin-colored material. The result: Photos that made Hudson’s previous under-boob and cleavage-baring fashion choices into child’s play, reported the Daily Mail.
On vacation with her mother, Goldie Hawn, and children, the temptation to let it all hang out in the sun was too much for Kate. Hudson gave into that temptation and proved that 36 is the new 26 by flaunting her fit figure.
Although she has two children, Kate’s flat abs make her fans envious. Hudson’s youngest son Bingham isn’t even 4, while Ryder is 11, reported People.
As to how Kate came up with that outfit? Hudson credited that amazing bikini for her vacation in Greece to her stylist Sophia Lopez, who added in the sunglasses and bold body chain to complete the picture.
But Kate doesn’t just look the part of a fit fashionista in her bikini. She also lives the role, because Hudson recently created a company called Fabletics that reflects her love of exercise for health and beauty.
In a blog for Fabletics, Kate provided inspiration for those who have set a goal of getting their own bikini body.
Hudson suggests doing elimination cleansing diets combined with intense workouts such as hot yoga followed by cardio.
“Similar to the concept of spring cleaning, don’t just clean out your closet, but clean your body from the inside out. I’ve found that elimination cleanses help me to recharge, and coupled with workouts where I really sweat it out (typically hot yoga building up to rigorous cardio), I go into the next season feeling refreshed and ready to go.”
As for what to eat on that elimination cleanse, cutting out gluten and sugar are the number one rules for Kate. Hudson admits that it’s not easy, but says there’s no substitute for diet, as the Inquisitr reported.
“You got to eat right,” stated Goldie’s daughter firmly. “I always say that and you know, it’s like everybody wants some sort of secret and there just isn’t.”
But she tries not to preach.
“I’m healthy but I’m not a preachy person,” added Hudson. “I’m doing the best that I can. I believe in green juice, which is a lazy way of not eating the greens … I try to live by the basic rules, which is watch your sugar, watch your gluten, watch out for too much dairy, I try not to eat too much red meat. And I try not to eat too much fish.”
