Bravo Network Brings Kyle Richards Back To ‘RHOBH’ For Season 6

The Bravo Network was reportedly planning to fire both Kim and Kyle Richards from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. However, they are now said to have changed their mind about booting the former child stars. Despite her sister’s ongoing sobriety issues, Kyle Richards will reportedly continue on with the Bravo Network, and return for the upcoming sixth season.

On June 17, a source told Radar Online the Bravo Network has officially decided to keep Richards on the show.

“As of right now, Kyle has not been asked to leave Real Housewives... If Kyle does decide to leave to focus on this new project full time, she will be leaving on her own accord. Essentially, she will be quitting the show, rather than getting fired.”

The Bravo Network was forced to make some tough decisions after Richards’ older sister, Kim, was arrested on April 16. Because Kim has been fighting for her sobriety for so many years, her relapse reportedly caught the Bravo Network off-guard, and led them to fire her from the series. Although Kim has been with the Bravo Network since The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills‘ first season, producers allegedly felt it was in her best interest to spend some time away from the cameras to focus on getting clean.

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Richards was said to be “begging” for her job back with the Bravo Network after reports surfaced, claiming executives had gotten rid of both her and Kim because of Kim’s addiction issues. Weeks ago, a source revealed the following to Radar Online.

“Kyle is desperate to save her job. Kyle has talked to Andy Cohen and is reaching out to other network executives to lobby them to keep her on the show. Kyle is in a panic about her life. She is doing everything she can NOT to get fired.”

The source also claimed Richards was extremely bitter that her sister’s issues had allegedly cost her her job with the Bravo Network.

“She is furious that Kim’s addictions and problems have been negatively affecting her. She doesn’t feel like it is fair to punish her for her sister’s outrageous behavior.”

Just yesterday, Lisa Vanderpump denied Richards has been fired from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on Twitter.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 6 is expected to return to the Bravo Network later this year.
