Khloe Kardashian is making headlines for her booty once again. The reality star claims that she’s been getting her new curvaceous figure from intense workouts at the gym. In fact, Khloe recently said that she works her a** off. Literally.
Gunnar Peterson is the man who helped whipped Khloe back into shape, as previously reported via Health. He even admit that the TV star gets her new booty from doing weighted squats.
“There are no shortcuts. If there were, I would have found them by now!”
Peterson also helped shape the behinds of Jennifer Lopez, Sofia Vergara, and Halle Berry. What other workouts does Khloe Kardashian do to get her oh-so curvaceous body? Peterson says she does the weighted back squat, the medicine ball sit-up with bench press, boxing jabs, pull-ups, ab roll outs, pull-over abs, and weighted sled pulls.
Khloe Kardashian used to do QuickTrim, along with her older sister Kim Kardashian. The diet program made fans think that they would burn fat and look like the Kardashian clan. Khloe and Kim loved using QuickTrim so much that they decided to become the new faces for the company. Take a look at their now iconic Quick Trim commercial below. You’ll notice that Khloe had a smaller behind in the ad.
There’s been speculation about Khloe Kardashian’s butt. Some fans think that she got her new booty from butt implants, not from squats. Even View co-host, Sherri Shepherd, believes that Kardashian got butt implants as her graphic Instagram post showed.
Khloe has not since denied the butt implant rumors, but she has in the past. The star recently denied the liposuction rumors on Twitter. Khloe insists that she gets her new booty from working out at the gym five days a week.
“I find it disgusting but maybe a compliment that I’m being accused of getting Lipo done. I work out 5 days a week. I bust my ass! Yes this is documented by the paps. I’m assuming if I’ve had any sort of surgery I would need 6-8 weeks off of any intense workout.”
Back in March, she told People that diet and exercise has given her her new shape.
“I work out almost every day. I go to a trainer five days a week, and on the weekends, I do cardio and whatever I want to do. I kind of eat what I want, but in portion control, which I never knew before. It’s really hard. You have to train your body to eat less. Your eyes are bigger than your stomach.”
Khloe has also been sharing her progress, workout videos, and gym selfies on Instagram. During one of her workout sessions, she’s lifted as much as two 25-pound weights. Khloe’s also been reported to have lifted as much as 100 pounds during one of her intense squat workouts. She could become the next Instagram fitness trainer with her inspiring videos and photos.
Back in April of 2013, the youngest Kardashian sister revealed to Life & Style Magazine that she lost 25 pounds from doing both Pilates and the Squat Challenge.
“Pilates! Pilates! Pilates!!!!! I have been doing the squat challenge!”
Khloe also shared the squat challenge with her fans on Twitter.
