Meghan King Edmonds And Shannon Beador Come To Verbal Blows On ‘RHOC’
Meghan King Edmonds, the newest member of The Real Housewives of Orange County cast, causes a stir on tonight’s new episode. According to a June 13 report by Zap2It, Meghan King Edmonds and Shannon Beador, who was new during the ninth season of the show, didn’t have the best impressions of one another upon first glance.
“Meghan King Edmonds is skinny… she’s 30. Meghan seems like the kind of girl that would piss me off,” Beador says.
Meanwhile, Meghan King Edmonds hints at trouble brewing, as well.
“Shannon is unpredictable and I never know when she is going to go off.”
While Beador wasn’t a fan of Meghan King Edmonds when they first met, Heather Dubrow feels differently and has known Edmonds for some time. Prior to the show, Dubrow and her husband, Botched‘s Dr. Terry Dubrow, were friends with Edmonds and her husband, former MLB star Jim Edmonds.
“Meghan’s a lot younger than I am, but I have to say we have a lot of fun together. We seem to laugh a lot and have a lot in common. She is tall, gorgeous, surprisingly down to earth, very sharp and direct.”
As the Inquisitr previously reported, Meghan King Edmonds recently spoke out about her relationships with cast members. During an interview with Perez Hilton earlier this month, Meghan King Edmonds opened up about what surprised her most about her chemistry with her co-stars.
In the interview, Meghan King Edmonds said she expected to butt heads with Tamra Barney, but instead got along with her great. On the other hand, she said Beador was “cold” and “standoffish” and revealed she and Vicki Gunvalson hit a “rocky” patch during the season.
In another interview, via OK! Magazine, Meghan King Edmonds further explained her issues with Gunvalson, who is the only remaining housewife from The Real Housewives of Orange County season one.
“I think that Vicki goes around in circles when she talks and she likes to place blame and ask me about who I am and what my family’s about and then change the subject and talk about something personal. I called her out on what she was doing. And I don’t think she liked it, so she came more and more after me…I call out her faults.”
