Seth MacFarlane Sings Cyndi Lauper Songs As ‘Family Guy’ Characters

Show creator Seth MacFarlane has gone viral by singing Cyndi Lauper songs as two of his most popular Family Guy characters.

In most cases, Seth MacFarlane is known for singing in his own pretty impressive voice. Fans and critics have enjoyed hearing him sing in the past live, at the Oscars, and even during his own televised concert of covers.

However, this time around, he went above and beyond by covering some of Cyndi Lauper’s greatest hits using the familiar voices of Peter Griffin and Stewie from the hit FOX animated series, Family Guy.

The performance was conducted on the Graham Norton Show. As seen in the video footage, Seth MacFarlane was a guest on the show alongside the one and only Cyndi Lauper herself. Therefore, a highlight of the video is seeing Cyndi’s reaction to hearing Peter Griffin and Stewie singing some of her most memorable songs during the impromptu performance.

With the success of his animated series and the highly-anticipated Ted 2 movie release, Seth MacFarlane could also add “Cyndi Lauper performer” to his expanding resume of talents.
