Rapper Juvenile Doesn’t Think His Son Is Biologically Related, Files Court Papers

When Juvenile isn’t rapping he’s engaged in child support battle over his 13-year-old son, a child he now claims might not even be his biological blood and flesh. In new court documents filed by the rapper Juvenile has requested that a paternity test be taken to prove the validity of claims that his son is in fact his child.

The court papers arrive after an arrest warrant was issued for the rapper in February, following his refusal to pay $160,000 in child support.

In his filings Juvenile claims that he never established paternity with his alleged son, never seeing or signing the boys birth certificate at the time of his birth.

Juvenile says he only recently learned of the boy’s mother and her various sexual escapades with “at least one other man” during the time she became impregnated. The lawsuit claims that Juvenile was “fraudulently induced” into making various child support payments for a child that was always known not to be his.

If the paternity test proves that Juvenile is not the father he wants all judgments against him overturned and he wants payments he made over the last 13 years to be paid back to him in full.

In the meantime Juvenile will have to wait until next month to find out if his lawsuit will move forward when both sides square off against one another in court.

Perhaps Juvenile and his former baby mamma need to head over to Jerry Springer for a showdown because this entire case is just plain trash.
