Kurt Cobain: Four Videos To Remember The Late Nirvana Singer

Eighteen years ago Kurt Cobain ended his life. The troubled singer for Niranva was just 27-years-old.

Cobain left a lasting impression on the music world despite the fact that Nirvana only released three studio albums. “Nevermind,” the band’s second album, is often hailed as one of the greatest rock albums of all-time and the song “Smells Like Teen Spirit” is considered the anthem of a generation.

The album, which celebrated its 20th anniversary last year, replaced Michael Jackson’s album “Dangerous” at the top of the Billboard charts and ushered in a new era of music. Cobain was never comfortable with his fame, however, and on April 5th, 1994, he took his own life.

Cobain told Rolling Stone Magazine:

“It was so fast and explosive. I didn’t know how to deal with it. If there was a Rock Star 101 course, I would have liked to take it. It might have helped me.”

Here are some Nirvana music videos to celebrate the life of Kurt Cobain.
