Justin Bieber Arrives In Hong Kong For Calvin Klein Concert, Kendall Jenner Attending

If you are a Justin Bieber fan, get excited. On Tuesday evening, the 21-year-old superstar jetted to Hong Kong ahead of performing at a Calvin Klein Jeans hosted show, which will include other artists. Bieber’s pal and Klein model, Kendall Jenner, is also attending.

Due to the 15-hour time difference between California and Hong Kong, the singer arrived on June 10 in the evening. The event takes place on Thursday, July 11, between 9 p.m. to 12 a.m [local time].

In January, Bieber was unveiled as the new face of Calvin Klein Underwear, and of Jeans alongside Dutch model Lara Stone. Jenner was announced as the new face of the brand’s Denim Series in March.

Despite accusations of Photoshopping in Bieber’s campaign — which were denied by CK and Bieber — the Bieber-Stone campaign went on to break the Internet. It also increased the brand’s social media followers by 3.6 million, and lifted sales of CK’s “Intense Power” boxer briefs.

Complex reported that “more than 172 million social media followers received campaign-related posts published by [CK], Bieber, and others involved in the campaign, resulting in 25.5 million fan interactions.”

Back to Bieber’s much-anticipated Hong Kong performance.

According to alerts posted on Tuesday on CK Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook accounts, behind-the-scenes content will be posted at those platforms. Hashtag? #calvinkleinlive.

The Biebs has been Snapchatting during his approximately 19 hour flight, which included a pit stop in Alaska. Or, as Bieber called it, the “Home of Sarah Palin.”

The singer’s buddies, Joe Termimi and Josh Mehl, are along for the ride. As is Justin’s 5-year-old brother, Jaxon.

Video footage shows the “Where Are Ü Now” singer trying to get to sleep, singing a ditty about feeling stir crazy on the flight, and riding an IO Hawks device around an airport in Alaska with Joe and Jaxon.

A Justin Bieber fan account compiled and posted the clips onto YouTube. Check them out below.

The July 11 concert takes place at the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal in Hong Kong’s Kowloon district. The terminal was built on the site of the former Kai Tak Airport. The space is large enough to fit two 360-meter vessels. Clearly, the invitation-only event is expecting massive numbers.

The South China Morning Post reports that Bieber last played Hong Kong in 2011. He also performed in front of thousands at the Cotai Arena, Macau, in 2013 during his Believe tour. The outlet notes that Bieber has a sizable fan base in Hong Kong.

Bieber’s dancers, choreographer Nick DeMoura, a new videographer, Rory Kramer, and band and musical director Dan Kanter also traveled to Hong Kong for the show.

Justin captioned a shot of him and Jaxon, writing, “Pit stop in Alaska Hong Kong here we come.”

His note alongside a snap of Jaxon and Termini reads, “Add my snapchat: rickthesizzler.”

For details on Justin’s upcoming performance, it’s all eyes on Calvin Klein’s social media accounts and the Biebs’ Snapchat, which is already updating at press time.
