Beyoncé’s Instagram Photos Disappear After Big GMA Backlash: ‘Y’All Fat’ [Video]
It’s no news that Beyonce’s announcement on GMA was a complete flop. The singer’s much-hyped announcement had her posse twittering about a possible new tour or album. Turns out, Beyoncé wanted to tell the world about her new diet, and in the backlash, some Beyhive fans are wondering if the superstar called them fat.
“So Beyoncé woke yall up just to tell yall she lost weight?” one disappointed fan tweeted about Beyoncé’s announcement, according to the Daily Mail.
The Beyhive also is wondering where some photos on Beyoncé’s Instagram account went off to in the wake of the backlash. Photos of Beyoncé eating pizza and ice cream were viewable yesterday, as previously reported by the Inquisitr, but mysteriously vanished after her big GMA flop.

On GMA, Beyoncé said she struggled to find a diet that worked, so she tried eating only vegetables with the 22-Day Vegan Challenge in 2013. It worked, and 22 Days Nutrition, her new vegan meal delivery service, was born. She owns the service with celebrity trainer Marco Borges, who she credits with her weight loss.
Borges’ program helps you go vegan in 22 days. “Psychologists have learned that it takes 21 days to make or break a habit,” Marco told the Daily Mail. “So if you adopted a healthy habit over the course of 21 days, on the 22nd day you’d be armed with a new habit and that is the magic to sustainability.”
“I am not naturally the thinnest woman,” Beyoncé said in her big GMA segment, reports Mashable. “I have curves, I’m proud of my curves. I have struggled since a young age with diets. Finding something that actually works and keeps the weight off has been difficult for me.” She added that her skin is “really firm and a lot tighter” since she started her diet.
The segment — which was pre-recorded — has plenty of Beyhive members angry and starting to lash out that Beyoncé woke them up for the big reveal, but couldn’t even bother to be awake herself.

“Beyonce: I have an announcement. Beyhive: OMFG a tour? Album? Beyonce: Y’all fat lol” typed one disappointed viewer in the backlash, while another posted, “No shade but how is Beyonce going to tell me to be a vegan when her and Nicki were feeding each other burgers in the Feelin’ Myself music video?”
Clearly, fans aren’t buying Beyonce’s new fad diet in the wake of the backlash, since the singer has also posted selfies — which we could view yesterday but are mysteriously gone today — in which she poses with pizza, loaded with cheese, and ice cream on her Instagram account, leaving everyone to roll their eyes in frustration at her hypocritical announcement.
