Carrie Underwood’s Body After Baby Weight Loss Featured In Caila Fitness Photo Shoot

Carrie Underwood revealed her post-baby weight loss on the set of a photo shoot for her new fitness wear line. Her looks just months after giving birth to her first child in February have people talking. Fans are amazed that she is already back in shape. According to People Magazine, Underwood showed off her post-baby body in a new photo shoot for Calia, a fitness wear line being released by the singer. Caila will be sold online and at Dick’s Sporting Goods.

For the photo shoot, Carrie wore the fitness line, and it showed off how fit and tone her body is just months after giving birth to her son, Isaiah. Underwood has already headed back to the recording studio, but she is making sure she spends plenty of time with her son and her husband. She married Mike Fisher nearly five years ago. The couple will celebrate their anniversary on July 10.

Carrie Underwood spoke about finding time to work out and for herself now that she has a little one to watch at home with People Magazine. The magazine was at the photo shoot that is for Caila’s fall campaign.

“Having a baby definitely changes your routine, and I have to work around his schedule. Whenever he goes to sleep, I do the things I need to do for myself and make workouts happen when they can. I really haven’t taken that much time ‘off’ because there are always things to do. It’s been really nice to be able to focus my attention on Isaiah and our family. It’s been really good! But it’s been really nice as well to be creative, working on music, working on Calia. Making clothing that every woman can wear and enjoy makes me feel good. Definitely one of the most fun parts is all the great clothes I get to wear!”

Carrie was definitely focused on being healthy and staying in shape, even during her pregnancy. Erin Oprea, Underwood’s longtime trainer, spoke with E! News while Carrie was still pregnant about her pregnancy workout routine.

“It’s not just about looking your best, it’s about making yourself feel better. Carrie] just wanted to be healthy, and she looks fantastic. She’s eating good and continuing to work out. We do a lot of planks, jump roping and we still do lots of weights. We’re just doing lighter weights, to keep her definition and tone. [We also do] tons of fun variations of lunges and squats.”

After Carrie had her baby boy in February, Oprea continued to work with the singer to lose the weight she had gained during her pregnancy. Oprea revealed Carrie’s workout strategy in an interview with People Magazine. The trainer works with Carrie three times a week for an hour each session.

“Sometimes we’ll go for a run with lots of hills, stop at a park to do some pull ups, push ups, step ups and other fun body weight stuff. [We mix it up to] keep it fun and keep shocking the body. No two workouts seem to end up the same.”

Carrie’s diet and workout regimen seem to do the trick. According to Parent Herald, fans spotted out Carrie out shopping for groceries in March, and one fan snapped a photo of Underwood as she looked through fruits and vegetables. After the fan shared the photo on Twitter, others thought the photo was taken before Carrie’s pregnancy. She looked in very good shape for being a month out of giving birth.

Carrie’s focus has been on her family in recent weeks, but she is back to work and rehearsing for her return to the stage. On Saturday, she shared a photo on her Instagram featuring Mike Fisher and her son, according to E! News. The two were napping while she works. Special headphones covered baby Isaiah’s ears.

This is not the first time Carrie has shared a photo of her husband and their infant son that had people talking on social media. A previous Inquisitr report shared a photo Carrie posted on Instagram of a shirtless Fisher and their son in bed together. The adorable photo caused quite the reaction on Twitter.

Carried captioned this new photo by saying, “Isaiah’s first band rehearsal. As you can see, he & his daddy were totally into it! #Naptime #earmuffs #Sweetdreams.”

Carrie will return to the stage later this week. She is set for an appearance at the Grand Ole Opry on June 9, and she will perform at the CMT Awards on June 10. She has more concert dates scheduled for later this month.

Becoming a mother has changed her music as well. She is seeing lyrics and songs through new eyes, and she spoke about the meaning of her latest hit, “Little Toy Guns,” in a recent interview.

“There’s these characters in the song and there’s a little girl, and she hears her parents fighting, as unfortunately a lot of kids do, and you don’t really realize how that can affect your child. And I’ve seen it firsthand from different people in my life. It’s basically her saying, ‘I wish their words weren’t real. I wish they were like little toy guns, and they didn’t hurt you.’ So, that’s kind of what it’s about.”

As for her relationship with Mike Fisher, the singer opened up about that in an interview for the June issue of Glamour Magazine, according to Latin Post.

“He’s the only guy I’ve never had to worry about. I don’t have to worry about Mike. I don’t think twice. He’s going out? I don’t care; it doesn’t bother me. I don’t bat an eye.”

For now, Carrie is working on her next album, titled Blown Away, while raising her new baby boy and enjoying married life with Mike Fisher. What do you think of Carrie’s post-baby weight loss?
