Bobbi Kristina Brown: New Book Raises Concerns About Who’s Really To Blame For Her Downfall

Bobbi Kristina Brown has been in a comatose state for the past five months. The series of events that led to her eerie near-drowning incident are still a mystery and now new alleged details have only added fuel to the speculative fire.

According to Daily Mail, a controversial book about the turbulent life of Bobbi Kristina is scheduled to be released on Tuesday, June 9. Whitney & Bobbi Kristina: The Deadly Price of Fame, written by Canadian investigative journalist Ian Halperin, allegedly reveals a number of shocking details about Bobbi Kristina’s childhood and some of the behavior she as exposed to at such an early age.

Halperin’s research suggests Bobbi Kristina was actually “addicted to drugs” and “suicidal” by the approximate age of 14 after observing her parents abuse drugs and alcohol. Ironically, the book is being released almost six months to the day the 22-year-old suffered injuries due to a suspected overdose. The shocking accident was eerily similar to her mother, Whitney Houston’s death.

So, the book documents a number of similarities in their lives along with a number of theories suggesting what may have led to Bobbi Kristina’s bathtub incident. Although Nick Gordon’s involvement in Bobbi Kristina’s life has raised speculation about what really happened on that fateful morning, surprisingly, the book reportedly attributes her habits to the environment she was raised in. Those habits only got worse with the crowd she’d been hanging out with prior to the bathtub incident, reports The Wrap.

The book also provides explosive details about the first time she was committed to a psychiatric ward. The series of events that led to her short stint in the psychiatric ward were also revealed. She allegedly attempted to stab her late mother and slit her own wrists, which raises questions about her previous mental state and her condition following her mother’s death, reports New York Daily News.

Although the book is an unauthorized autobiography, which means none of the information was divulged from Bobbi Kristina or her mother, the book’s publisher Gallery Books recently stated that the explosive book is based on compiled evidence from “trusted” sources.

“Drawing on evidence from trusted Houston family members, friends, and other inside sources, Halperin shares new insights into Whitney’s rise to fame, stormy marriage, and devastating spiral into self-destruction; and provides revelatory details about Bobbi Kristina’s relationship with Nick Gordon, including new evidence about the days leading up to Bobbi Kristina being found unresponsive in the bathtub of her home,” Gallery noted.

The few spoilers that have been leaked have led many to wonder if Nick Gordon should be blamed for Bobbi Kristina’s downfall. Based on the claims in the book, her problems began long before her relationship with Nick, but there’s so much more the book reportedly reveals.
