Kendall Jenner Plans To Outdo Kylie Jenner On Social Media Even If She Hates It

Just because Kendall Jenner hates social media doesn’t mean she’s going to do away with it entirely. After all, the 19-year-old needs Instagram and Twitter to brand herself and to market herself as a high-fashion model. Kendall still has some tricks up her sleeve as to how she plans to outdo younger sister Kylie Jenner on social media.

Kendall Jenner already poked fun at Kylie Jenner, 17, for getting her makeup done while she’s asleep. It’s no secret that the Jenner sisters have a “glam squad” everywhere they go. Kendall posted a photo of her little sister getting glammed up in her sleep.

Kendall Jenner wrote the following caption, “Rough morning?”

According to reports, Kylie Jenner was up way too late the night before, but it’s not from partying. She was seen on the set of Pia Mai’s new music video, which includes cameos by Tyga and Chris Brown. Hours later, Kylie and Kendall had to attend the launch of their Topshop collection at the Grove mall in Los Angeles.

Kendall Jenner already has a racy way to outdo Kylie Jenner on Instagram. The model plans to share even sexier photos of herself in order to gain more likes and followers. As previously reported via the Inquisitr, Kendall already shared a “cheeky” photo of herself in Balmain shorts that barely covered her behind.

Despite the reports, she hasn’t taken any other racy photos since that infamous “belfie.” An alleged source told Hollywood Life that Kendall and Kylie have a friendly competition when it comes to social media.

“Kylie and Kendall are competitive over who has more Instagram followers. Kendall has always had more, but now Kylie is closing in on her fast.

“Kylie has told Kendall that she will pass her by 2016! Kendall isn’t happy about that and says she’s going to post more racy pics to keep up with her little sis.”

Kendall Jenner already has Kylie beat by having over two million followers on Instagram. She’s also known as one of the most popular “Insta-famous” fashion models on the app. It looks like she has nothing to worry about then.

Between the Jenner sisters, they have over 50 million Instagram followers. When it comes to Twitter followers, Kendall has 10.9 million followers while Kylie has 9.5 million.

Just because Kendall wants to outdo Kylie on social media doesn’t mean she doesn’t hate it at times. In a recent interview with the Sunday Times, the reality star admitted that it can be exhausting to share every waking moment on Instagram and Twitter. Kendall compared social media to a virtual world.

“I think social media has taken over for our generation. I hate it sometimes, like, I literally want to throw my phone so I can’t look at it. It’s all a made-up world if you think about it. Social media, everything, this interview, everything. It’s not real. It’s pretty crazy.”

Kendall then told a story about her Thailand trip with Kylie. She turned off her phone so she could gain some new perspective out of the trip. Kendall revealed that Kylie missed out most of the trip because she was too busy checking her phone.

“We had a two-hour drive from the airport to where we were staying, and I’d left my phone in my bag, so I didn’t touch it the whole way. I looked out the window at everything, and I saw people who live in huts and have dogs that were, like, withering away. And all their food, meat, was hanging in front of their house. It was very sad… Then we pulled up to this amazing house we were staying at, and I looked over and Kylie was on her phone the whole time and didn’t see one thing that I saw.”
