Kelly Bensimon Ditches ‘Millionaire Matchmaker’: ‘That Would Make Me Look Like An Idiot’

Kelly Bensimon may have been a big part of The Real Housewives of New York, but she was fired after the fourth season alongside half the cast. Since then, Bensimon has made appearances here and there, but has not become a friend of the housewives. However, it sounds like Kelly may be done with the reality world.

In a recent interview, Kelly Bensimon was asked about her love life and she was asked if she would ever be interested in going on Millionaire Matchmaker to find love. Now, Kelly would not be the first housewife to go on the show to find love. Kenya Moore recently went on the show to find a man, but she later learned that the man she had been dating from the show was actually married.

According to a new Bravo report, Kelly Bensimon is now revealing that she would not go on Millionaire Matchmaker to find love. And it isn’t because she doesn’t believe in the process, but Bensimon doesn’t think that it would work for her because of her past work.

“I don’t think so!” Kelly Bensimon revealed, adding, “Cause what am I going to be like? ‘Hi, I was a model and I can’t find anyone.’ That would make me look like an idiot!”

Kelly Bensimon didn’t explain whether she was single at the moment, but she hasn’t been linked to anyone recently. While on The Real Housewives of New York, Bensimon did flirt here and there, and went on a couple of dates. But this mother of two didn’t settle down with anyone. Instead, Bensimon has been focused on her children and her new fashion blog, KKBLoves.com.

“I’ve had this website for a long time, ever since I was on Housewives, and I decided after being at Elle Accessories for so long and working for Gotham that I would launch my own blog that was really like really what I love,” Kelly reveals, adding, “And instead of trying to be a blogger and just standing there with a handbag in front of my legs—it’s really fun and exciting and all sorts of really high-end products to things that are amazing finds. So everything Kelly.”

Kelly Bensimon feels that her website is a bit different from other celebrity lifestyle and fashion websites. Maybe this is Kelly’s way to get back on The Real Housewives of New York. According to the Inquisitr, Kelly has been thinking about returning to the show more so than she is right now. Bensimon keeps making appearances, so it wouldn’t be a stretch.
