Man Records Naked Women In Mall Fitting Rooms And Uploads Videos To Adult Site, Pleads Guilty

A 38-year-old Pennsylvania man, Sean Moses, has pleaded guilty to videotaping naked and scantily clad women in a local mall fitting rooms, through apartment windows, and at the beach without consent. The man then uploaded the videos to an adult site.

My Fox Philly reports that Sean Moses, 38, has pleaded guilty to what investigators have called one of “the largest invasion of privacy cases” they have seen. The investigation into Moses began after two college women reported seeing a camera light in their window. The police identified the women undressing on an adult site and were able to track the postings back to Moses. The peeper has confessed to the videotaping incidents and had videos of naked women taken in mall fitting rooms, through apartment windows and at the beach.

Police note that they found 86 videos of naked women in the possession of Moses. The videos were taken at the following Pennsylvania malls: King of Prussia Mall, Willow Grove Mall, Cherry Hill Mall, the Philadelphia Outlets in Limerick, and the Springfield Mall. Investigators noted that one particularly startling set of videos was taken inside of unisex fitting rooms in a Forever 21 and Express at King of Prussia Mall. The man got on his hands and knees and would stick his camera under the door to video the unsuspecting women as they undressed.

Some of the girls in the video appear to be underage and have resulted in charges related to child pornography. Interestingly, it appears some of the women noticed that they were being recorded. In one video police say the woman saw she was being recorded and gave Moses the middle finger. Others took photos of the man recording them. Therefore, it is unknown how Moses continued the recordings for nearly a year without getting caught.

In addition to the videos in the fitting rooms, recordings were also taken as Moses peeped through apartment windows and recorded women on the beach. Police also note video recordings of Moses having sex with women. The women in the videos do not appear to know that they are being recorded. To make matters worse, once Moses secured the videos they were posted to an adult site.

Police say it will be difficult to have all the victims’ videos removed from the web as many of Moses’ followers have reshared the content.
