That last guess started coming about more when people began breaking down the image a bit more and studying it. People began noticing the padded walls and the small window in the back which sits around human head height.

A lot of people on Reddit began taking guesses at the cause of the blood-covered room as well, and many similar answers came forth. Well, when doing a small bit of research, you can find out that the caption along with the picture of the blood-covered room reveals the truth.

“My friend is a veterinarian. A horse had a nose bleed and it looks like something out of a horror movie.”

When looking at the actual facts of horses and their nose bleeds, some interesting information is revealed. It appears as if an average horse has a blood volume of about 50 liters, and that’s close to 10 times that blood volume of an average human adult.

So, when it comes to a horse getting a nose bleed, the phrase “it’s a bleeder” takes on an entirely different meaning.
