Whitney Bischoff Still A Fan Of ‘Bachelor’ Franchise, Reflects On Turning 30
Despite her own relationship with Chris Soules not working out, Whitney Bischoff is still a fan of The Bachelor franchise. On Monday evening, Whitney tweeted about settling down with a glass of wine to watch Kaitlyn Bristowe on The Bachelorette.
Whitney’s tweet also revealed that she’s turning 30 this month. Her tweet expressed wistfulness that her 20s are about to be over.

Whitney is likely having lots of fun watching Kaitlyn on TV. The two became friends while competing for Chris on The Bachelor. After Kaitlyn was sent home during the group’s stay in Bali, only Becca Tilley remained between Whitney and Chris. During the season finale in early March, viewers saw Chris send Becca, who couldn’t tell Chris that she loved him, home and propose to Whitney back on his Iowa farm.
Immediately after the airing of the After the Final Rose episode, Chris went off to do Dancing with the Stars. After several weeks, rumors, seemingly supported by the fact that Whitney stopped attending Chris’ performances and went back to work in Chicago, started circulating that the two were over. Yet Chris continued to proclaim that everything was fine.
During an interview with Us Weekly in early May, Chris Soules said that he and Whitney Bischoff were in love.
“We’re together and we’re in love. We’re making the best of a really cool situation that we’re both a part of that’s not going to last much longer… We’re just normal people living a kind of abnormal life for a couple more weeks…All this [Hollywood fame and celebrity] is not real life. L.A. isn’t real life for me. Arlington is and Chicago — that’s real life and we want to take that step and then we’ll make [wedding] plans.”
A week later, Chris tweeted photos of Whitney on his farm. As recent as two weeks ago, Chris and Whitney still seemed happily in love, at least in a photo that Chris tweeted of Whitney with him and his parents.
As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Chris and Whitney released a joint statement last week announcing their split. Both Chris and Whitney later tweeted separately about the breakup, with Chris stating that the split “has been really tough” and Whitney thanking everyone for their love, kindness, and support.
One thing The Bachelor fans won’t be seeing is Becca Tilley damaging her friendship with Whitney Bischoff in order to have a second chance with Chris Soules now that he’s single. As the Inquisitr reported, Becca recently laughed off people’s suggestion that she try to get back with Chris. She pointed out that he “didn’t choose [her] in the first place.”
