Kendall Jenner Tells Mom, Kris, To Leave Her Alone, Could Be Leaving ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’
Kendall Jenner wants mom Kris to leave her alone, and now the 19-year-old model may be ready to leave the family’s reality television empire, as well.
This week’s mid-season finale of Keeping Up With the Kardashians showed a tense exchange between Kendall and Kris. The teen met up with her mother for dinner, and Kris mentioned that she is planning on attending fashion week. An annoyed Kendall — who was scheduled to walk the runway — immediately got miffed at the news.
“Why are you following me everywhere?” Kendall told Kris, explaining that her work in modeling is the only time she has to herself.
“That’s so weird to me, I’m dead serious that’s so annoying,” Kendall continued.
Kendall Jenner may want mom, Kris, to leave her alone in other ways. The woman, nicknamed “momager,” has taken a very active role in her daughter’s lives, often coordinating their activities and even interfering in relationships for the benefit of their reality show.
That has reportedly been the case with Kendall’s latest romantic endeavor. Sources have connected the teen to Formula One star Lewis Hamilton, and Kendall was seen at the Monaco Grand Prix wearing a Mercedes hat and wearing the 30-year-old driver’s gold chain.
Kris Jenner is reportedly on board with the relationship and has been pushing for the two to get together.
“She really wants Kendall to date him. Lewis and Kris have become friendly in recent months and she thinks he’s perfect for her daughter,” a source said.
With her eyes on modeling career, Kendall is reportedly considering leaving the family reality television empire behind, as well. Sources say that Kendall is so focused on her own career that she believes the drama of Keeping Up With The Kardashians may be holding her back.
“She’s making a fortune and she doesn’t need them anymore,” a source told OK! Magazine.
Kendall is reportedly not the only one thinking of leaving the show. Her younger sister, Kylie, has reportedly thought about giving up the reality series amid the attention on her relationship with rapper Tyga. There has been much attention on the age difference between the 25-year-old rapper and 17-year-old Jenner sister.
But while Kendall Jenner wants mom, Kris, to leave her alone, it seem the teen is also in need of guidance as she moves into the very adult world of modeling. Kendall recently told the Sunday Times Style Magazine “it’s just scary how fast everything is rolling and you can’t stop it. It’s rolling right now.”
