Mila Kunis’ Stalker Escapes Mental Health Facility, Manhunt Underway

Mila Kunis was alerted by authorities Sunday evening that a man convicted of stalking Kunis in 2013 has escaped from a secured mental health facility in Pomona, California. Stuart Lynn Dunn, the man who pled guilty to stalking Kunis, reportedly walked out of the Olive Vista Behavioral Health Center without authorization Saturday evening.

In 2012 Dunn, who had been arrested twice for repeatedly attempting to contact Kunis was found to be living in Kunis’ vacant condo. After repeated restraining order violations, including one arrest in which Dunn waited at Kunis’ gym forcing Mila to wait in her car for the arrival of police, Dunn pled guilty and was sentenced to six months in a live in treatment facility and five years probation.

Though Dunn’s conviction was in 2013, the Los Angeles County Probation Department states that Kunis’ stalker was in the facility for temporary post-release supervision. It is unknown if this means Dunn had violated the terms of his probation by attempting to contact Kunis.

As the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department aids in the search for Dunn, Mila Kunis is undoubtedly unnerved by the escape as Kunis had previously stated in court that she felt her safety was threatened by Dunn and his unstable behavior. Kunis is also now the mother to a eight month old daughter. Mila and her partner Ashton Kutcher were spotted at a U2 concert just days ago in Los Angeles, meaning Kunis’ fear regarding Dunn’s escape in a neighboring city would be justified.

Mila Kunis is an actress most prominently known for her role as Jackie on That 70s Show and her voiceover work as Meg on Family Guy. Kunis has starred in several films including Ted, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Friends with Benefits, and last winter’s dismal Jupiter Ascending. Kunis’ role in the critically acclaimed Black Swan garnered her a Golden Globe nomination for Best Supporting Actress.

Kunis was born in the Ukraine and came to America with her family in 1991. Prior to her relationship with former That 70s Show co-star Ashton Kutcher, Mila was linked with child star Macaulay Culkin.

It’s been a strange legal year for Kunis who was accused in April through a lawsuit filed by Ukranian singer Kristina Karo of stealing a chicken.

Hopefully Mila Kunis will be able to rest easy soon and there will be no more legal drama centered around Dunn, his stalking, or his escape.
