Has Ariana Grande Moved On From Big Sean With ‘Scream Queens’ Co-Star Diego Boneta?
It’s been over a month since Ariana Grande and Big Sean ended their high-profile relationship. But is the “Love Me Harder” singer ready to move on? And if so, is it with her Scream Queens co-star Diego Boneta?
According to the Latin Post, the answer is yes.
“I’m going to tell you that I love that we are in the series together, and that’s where I’m going to leave it,” he told the Spanish-language TV show TVNotas when asked about a possible relationship brewing between himself and Ariana.
At first, according to the article, Diego refused to comment when asked about his supposed relationship with Grande, but “the interviewers kept pushing him to answer and he finally did.”
So where does that leave Ariana’s former flame Big Sean?
“Partying hard,” according to the Journal Sentinel.
The rapper and Kanye West protégé performed at the Rave’s Eagles Ballroom, and according to the review, showed no noticeable signs of distress following his breakup with Grande.
“Up-tempo, often suggestive song snippets ran one right into the next; by night’s end, the show touched on 25 different tracks, from West’s ‘Mercy’ to Big Sean’s collaboration with Calvin Harris, ‘Open Wide.’ And an amped-up Sean performed in front of three busy LED screens that depicted, among other things, fast-moving storm clouds and rainfall saturated in bright red and white, like a moving illustration from a Frank Miller graphic novel.”
Ariana Grande and Big Sean dated for almost a year, garnering huge amounts of press in their wake. Even though some of the attention was for unflattering topics like Big Sean’s suggestive song lyrics, the chords of love seemed to shine through.
That all changed when the pair announced they were parting ways, however, citing scheduling as the issue behind their rift. Even though rumors persist that their break-up was less than amicable, Ariana and Big Sean have not publicly commented on the situation since.
Ironically enough, however, a few short weeks after the pair called it quits, Hollywood Life had some insight into when and how Ariana would move on from Big Sean.
“If she finds a guy he will have to be famous and understand her demands and schedule. Right now she is focusing all her attention on Scream Queens and her career,” their insider revealed at the time. “If she is going to hook up with anyone it would most likely be a cast mate.”
Enter Diego Boneta. It looks like Ariana Grande will be focusing on more than just her career over the next few weeks.
