Emilia Bechrakis Questioned Relationship With Ryan Serhant Prior To Proposal

Emilia Bechrakis joined the Million Dollar Listing crew when she began dating Ryan Serhant a few years back. When they met, Ryan was a listing machine and had little time for a relationship. This proved to be very apparent when Emilia put him on ice for a period of time. He wasn’t taking the time to date and spend quality time together, including taking a simple cooking class that Bechrakis had put together.

But Emilia Bechrakis eventually changed her mind. Bechrakis gave Serhant a second chance, and they recently moved in together. But as they continued to work, Emilia may have questioned where they were heading. Was this really the relationship for her? How did Ryan really feel about them spending the rest of their lives together?

According to a new Bravo report, Emilia Bechrakis is now revealing that she had questioned their relationship the night before the proposal. Emilia explains that she was very emotional and questioned Ryan whether he really wanted to be with her for the rest of his life. Little did she know that he was planning on a big proposal the next day.

“The night before Ryan proposed, I cried. I felt this inexplicable unsettling feeling. I questioned everything, our existence, my purpose in life, our life together. I asked him, as we lay in bed, tears rolling down my face, if he thought we were meant to be. If he truly knew he wanted me or if he thought we were together because we met the right time in our lives. Searching for some answer to all the questions I had in my head. Ryan went silent,” Emilia Bechrakis explains about the night before the proposal.

Maybe it was Bechrakis’ gut feeling that made her question his intentions. Maybe Ryan was a bit distant or cold, as he was planning the proposal out in his mind. Maybe he was driven by emotions and Emilia was picking up on the fact that something was off. As Bechrakis explains herself, the conversation left her in a bad mood.

“My timing couldn’t have been more on point as the very next morning he proposed. With his soft calming voice he told me he knew I was the one when he met me. Like those old clichés he said he told everyone he had met his wife. That he believed that no matter what, we would have found our way to each other. And just like that he calmed my unsettling feeling, as he usually does and I fell asleep right there snuggled next to him,” Emilia Bechrakis reveals, adding, “I woke up in the worst mood ever!”

However, the story does have a happy ending. Emilia explains that Serhant has changed her life, and he even shared a message with his fans yesterday, adding that the proposal was the best day ever, according to the Inquisitr. The episode also resulted in large ratings, as this proposal shut down Times Square. The proposal went viral around the world.
