‘Days Of Our Lives’: Jason Cook Returning As Shawn Brady, Belle Not Far Behind?

Days of Our Lives is getting yet another beloved character back. Actor Jason Cook is confirmed to return as Shawn Brady, and fans couldn’t be more excited. The character of Shawn was last seen when he and wife Belle took daughter Claire to sail around the world, leaving Salem and their families behind.

However, Soap Digest reports that Shawn will be back to help celebrate the 50th anniversary of Days of Our Lives. Jason Cook has reportedly already begun filming, and he will be seen on the soap in November. Shawn’s father, Bo Brady, played by Peter Reckell, will also be back in Salem for the anniversary celebration, and Hope will have her family all together again, at least for a little while.

However, this could get messy for Hope, who had decided to divorce Bo and is currently dating lawyer Aiden Jennings. Will things get heated between Bo, Shawn, and Aiden? We can’t wait to find out! Also, if Shawn is returning, then fans would also love to see his former high school friends Cassie, Rex, Phillip, Chloe, and Mimi come back, as well as his wife Belle. How about a high school reunion?

As of right now, details are scarce on the storyline surrounding Shawn Brady’s return, or if his wife Belle Black will also come home to Salem with him. However, fans are so eager to see Jason Cook back in the role. While it hasn’t been announced whether Cook is only back to celebrate Days of Our Lives anniversary or if the execs will be able to talk him into staying, one thing is for sure: November is going to be huge in Salem.
