Slade Smiley And Gretchen Rossi Continue To Deal With ‘RHOC’ Haters

Slade Smiley may not be a popular man in Orange County, and it sounds like there are still people who share their feelings about him on social media. From being labeled a dead-beat dad, and being an opportunist by dating Gretchen Rossi, it is hard to find fans of The Real Housewives of Orange County who are in full support of Smiley.

However, Slade Smiley may feel that he is the one winning. He has been dating Rossi for years, and they have talked marriage and babies. But even Smiley settling down isn’t gaining him loyal supporters.

According to a new Bravo report, Slade Smiley and Gretchen are still getting hurtful comments from viewers, who saw their journey on The Real Housewives of Orange County. That’s not to say that they don’t have supporters, but many felt that they were just on the show to fund Gretchen’s business and give Slade some publicity. These days, Rossi has a message for her haters, who continue to spew hate at her and Smiley.

“This is how I feel towards all the haters that love to tear me down……I work hard everyday to make my dreams happen!” Gretchen wrote on social media, adding, “If you don’t like it then click unfollow, I’m not mad at you, but if you want to spread negativity get off my page because my page is about spreading kindness, supporting and uplifting others especially other hard working entrepreneurs like myself…….So for all the haters out there you can suck it!”

Slade Smiley got a bad reputation on the show because he kept dating women who were on The Real Housewives of Orange County. At first, he dated Jo De La Rosa, who was one of the original housewives. When they broke up, Smiley began dating Lauri Peterson before she met George. There were many stories in regards to whether they were indeed “dating,” but Slade was confident in their relationship. When they broke up, he began dating Rossi.

And it sounds like Slade Smiley is happy with Rossi, even though the two may not have the biggest support system in place. She recently let her thoughts known about her haters, and Slade may be a huge influence in her haters not liking her anymore. Part of the hate may come from Slade and Gretchen being in the media for random things, including their IVF treatments, according to the Inquisitr. Even though they have haters, they do have some supporters as well, including Chris Harrison.

“If you don’t like your life change it, don’t come trying to knock someone down for working hard to connect with her audience and creating a space where she can share her life, her business, and what’s important to me.
