The flooding in Houston, Texas, and nearby areas has put seven states at risk, reports NBC News. The Houston floods have also left at least 80,000 people with no electricity as the flood waters stranded motorists on the roads and caused lakes to appear in backyards out of nowhere.

Videos of the Houston flood on Twitter show folks trying to get out of the floodwaters, whilst others use the opportunity to have some fun by towing folks in a boat behind a pick-up truck.
