Toddler Tantrum: Obama Smiles At Little Girl’s White House Outburst

A photo of a toddler tantrum witnessed by Barack Obama at the White House has gone viral this weekend after it was shared on Twitter. According to Rumor Fix, the photo was taken at a Passover Seder held at the White House.

Claudia Moser and her family were at the White House when the little girl decided she was not at all happy about being there. She promptly threw herself on the floor and had a good cry over the issue. The photo was snapped just at that moment.

Barack Obama did not seem at all upset by the tantrum. He just motioned to it and smiled as he looked towards the camera. The little girl’s mother is seen talking to Michelle Obama in the background. It is obvious that they are talking about the little girl.

Benjamin Moser has now spoken with Daily Mail about the photo and the incident at White House. Benjamin is the little girl’s uncle and a writer for the New York Times. He revealed that Claudia is “a very nice girl and not a brat or anything. She was just having a moment.”

Moser also revealed that this is not the first time that the family has been to the White House. Claudia and her family have been to the White House each year for Passover. This year, the event took place on April 3.

Last year, it was Claudia’s older brother who was a bit out of control at the annual event. Benjamin stated that he had to control Leo and stop him from “running wild” before the actual meal.

“They’re gonna do what they’re gonna do. [Barack Obama] is around kids a lot so he gets it.”

When did this Passover Seder become an annual White House event? That practice began during Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign, according to Moser.

“They were somewhere in Pennsylvania and all the Jewish kids got together and had Seder in the basement of some motel somewhere, and Senator Obama came down and joined them, and instead of saying ‘Next year in Jerusalem’ it was ‘Next year in the White House.'”

Benjamin Moser first posted the cute photo on his Twitter on Thursday. After he posted it, his sister, the little girl’s mother, also shared it on her Twitter account.

The photo does have people talking on social media. Several people on Twitter have shared and joked about the tantrum photo this weekend.

This is not the first time a hilarious moment involving a child and Barack Obama has made news. A previous Inquisitr report shared a viral video that made a big splash on the internet earlier this month.

President Barack Obama was at an event talking about education when the young moderator cut him off during his comments. Osman Yahya revealed after the event that he did not mean to cut off Obama at the event. The talk was scheduled just before lunch that, and he was just “nudging” Obama along because he thought “most students were hungry.”

President Barack Obama took that interruption in stride. He does seem to know how to handle incidents that involve the younger set. What do you think of this viral toddler tantrum photo from the White House?
