Soleil Moon Frye and Kourtney Kardashian have gotten bathing suit-skinny after having three children. Now both celebrity-moms-of-multiple-kids are sharing their weight loss secrets. And for Soleil, slipping into that swimsuit is the result of the Nutrisystem diet program, reported Us Weekly.
Frye started her weight loss journey after having her third child. Determined to be able to fit into a bathing suit without shame, the actress used Nutrisystem.
“I feel amazing,” said the 38-year-old.
And she’s especially proud that she can now slip sleekly into a bathing suit.
“The idea of getting into a bathing suit used to be terrifying,” said Soleil. “Now, I’m a little nervous but excited! There are so many fun suits to choose from this summer.”
For Kourtney Kardashian, heading to the gym, as well as following a diligent diet are key to shedding those post-pregnancy pounds, reported E! News.
Sharing her progress and weight loss principles on social media, the mom of three has been posting selfies rocking out her fitness regimen in the gym. And her brother Rob Kardashian gave her a boost with a gift.
“Gym selfie. Thanks @robkardashian for my new shoes,” wrote Kourtney.
Kourtney and Soleil also both share the challenges of women who are petite. While Soleil is five-feet, one-inch tall, Kourtney is just five-feet tall.
As a result, when Kourtney posted the news that she now weighs 116 pounds, she was quick to forestall any skinny-shaming.
“I’m 5 feet tall, so everyone relax I’m on a workout kick,” she wrote.
In addition to exercising, Kardashian eats a clean diet, said her yoga teacher Leila Johnson.
“Everything she eats is very fresh, handmade, less processed, less garbage. We make our own roasted trail mixes. We use coconut oil, raw pumpkin seeds and other nuts. Kourtney is a Ghee goddess! She is obsessed with ghee. It’s clarified butter…She cooks with it and you can eat it on an empty stomach.”
As the Inquisitr reported, Soleil Moon Frye hopes that her weight loss will inspire other moms.
“I just think it’s important to empower ourselves. We have kids and we love our kids. But we still have ourselves. I want to feel like the best version of myself. I want to encourage moms to feel good about themselves. It’s great to feel your best. If I can do it, anyone can do it.”
