Kristen Stewart Claims To Be Over Robert Pattinson, But Her Actions Say Otherwise

Two years is a long time for anyone to be together in Hollywood. Therefore it should be plenty of time to get over a breakup. According to Kristen Stewart and the people in her camp, those words ring true when it comes to her former Twilight co-star, Robert Pattinson. Her sources told People back in April that she was going to be just fine even after Pattinson announced his engagement to British pop singer FKA Twigs,

“Kristen is doing fine, working and traveling, and she will survive Robert’s engagement. She has her own life and has moved on.”

If Kristen Stewart is over Robert Pattinson, then, she is not quite ready to share the red carpet with Pattinson and his new fiancee. They were both planning to attend the Met Gala in New York. Pattinson and Twigs, Tahliah Barnett, were both present and accounted for, but Stewart was a no show. According to insiders at Celeb Dirty Laundry, Kristen had every intention of being there.

“Kristen had already picked out a dress for the event and gave her glam team less than 24 hours notice that she had decided not to attend. Regardless of why Kristen Stewart skipped the Met Gala, one thing is for sure — it was probably for the best because the Twilight actress is still bitter over Robert and FKA Twigs’s upcoming wedding.”

An engagement to his girlfriend of ten months may not be the only issue Stewart is trying to get through with Pattinson and his new love. There is a rumor going around the Hollywood circle that Robert and his soon-to-be bride will be having a baby in the near future. Karen Clarkson, fashion director for Twigs, posted a picture of the singer naked in the bathtub trying to hide her midsection with her hand. VH1 also reported Tahliah was seen at Coachella with a potential baby bump and refraining from drinking alcohol.

Regardless of Kristen Stewart’s feeling toward her ex-boyfriend, she has been keeping busy with movies. She is signed on to appear in Anesthesia, Equals, American Ultra, and a few untitled projects including Woody Allen’s next flick. She has also been seen holding hands with her roommate, Alicia Cargile, so there may indeed be a new love.
