Tortoises And Tiny Pancakes Make Internet Squee [Video]

A video of tortoises given mini pancakes to nosh on has gone viral on the internet this week, making viewers squee with joy. According to Someecards, the video was created by the folks at BuzzFeed Blue. They got some tortoises together — Oz, Tails, George, and Ralph — to create something simply adorable.

Who knew tortoises eating pancakes could be so cute?

According to Cambio, there really is something amazing about the little mouths of these creatures going after — and seemingly enjoying — tiny pancakes.

“They’re probably super excited about the deliciousness that just landed in front of their cute little faces, but it’s hard to tell because they’re tortoises and they do everything slow, which would obviously include celebrating a stack of pancakes.”

So far, over 850,000 people have watched the video on YouTube.
