Iggy Azalea’s Plastic Surgery: ‘Pretty Girl’ Gets Nose And Chin Done, Debuts New Look Officially

Iggy Azalea showed off some new plastic surgery at the Billboard Music Awards, according to Us Weekly. Sources say that the Australian rapper had a little nip and tuck, going under the knife to change her look — and some would say that the results are drastic. Sources say that Iggy got a nose job and a chin implant after admitting she underwent surgery for breast augmentation months ago.

“She loves the results! She wasn’t happy with her nose for a long time, so after the boobs she wanted to get that taken care of and then got the chin done at the same time,” shared a source.

Iggy Azalea hasn’t confirmed these plastic surgery claims herself just yet, but she has referred to her “new look” in photos of herself from Sunday night’s show in Las Vegas. While fans clearly noticed that Iggy cut her hair — and dyed the bottom of her blonde locks bright pink — there was quite a bit more going on. Her face was noticeably different, and it was easy to see that she had done something, even if it wasn’t clear what, exactly.

The Mail Online has posted some pretty handy sliding photos, where fans can actually compare before and afters of the singer’s face. It’s very clear to see that Iggy enhanced her features, and she seems really happy with the results.

Iggy attended the show, and performed her new duet with Britney Spears at Planet Hollywood, where Spears has her residency. The first performance of Pretty Girls was super popular, but fans couldn’t seem to get past Iggy’s new face. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, hundreds of tweets about Iggy’s “new look” were posted on Twitter after people saw her on the red carpet.
