Samantha Lewthwaite: ‘White Widow’ Responsible For Death Of 400 People
Samantha Lewthwaite, known as the “White Widow,” is reportedly responsible for the deaths of 400 people. The 31-year-old British terrorist, and mother of four young children, uses children to kill for her, according to the Daily Mirror.
Lewthwaite is one of the Western world’s most wanted terrorism suspects, and has been described as evil, but a “very clever operator.” Last year, it was rumored that she was killed by a Russian sniper, but she is now believed to be hiding in Somalia. She has been on run for nearly four years, and at least 200 countries are trying to locate her and bring her to justice.
Lewthwaite is the widow of the 7/7 London terrorist bomber Germaine Lindsay, but that’s not why she is called the “White Widow.” She was dubbed the “White Widow” by the media. It is a play on words, referring to her race and the practice of calling Chechen female suicide bombers “Black Widows.”
Lewthwaite has a long list of charges against her, and she will be arrested when she is caught. She is a fugitive from justice in Kenya, where she is wanted on charges of possession of explosives and conspiracy to commit a felony, and is the subject of an Interpol Red Notice, requesting her arrest and extradition.
Lewthwaite was accused of planning grenade attacks at non-Muslim places of worship, and is believed to have orchestrated the attack on people watching football in a bar in Mombasa in 2012. In September, 2013, there was speculation that she was involved in the Westgate shopping mall attack, although that was never proven.
Lewthwaite is believed to have started killing in 2009. She was accused of helping kill three people and injuring 25 in a grenade attack. She is also believed to have been behind attacks in Kenya and Somalia, including the recent killing of 148 people at Garissa University.
According to the Daily Mail, Lewthwaite uses children to kill for her after giving little money to their desperate families. One or her recruits blew herself up at a hotel in the Somali capital, Mogadishu, in February, which also killed 25.
Because this mother has four children of her own, one would think she wouldn’t use other people’s children as suicide bombers. It seems like Lewthwaite is on a killing spree, and she is living up to her title as the “White Widow.”
“The lady has moved up the ranks. She’s one of the most important figures in the terror group. We think this lady is sitting at the right hand of the leader directing attacks. She does not carry out attacks herself as she is too important but is responsible for many deaths – hundreds.”
