Rumors are flying about the next iPad Mini saying that it will be released in October, but Apple has not officially announced the release date. Rumored Specs
Once again, Apple hasn’t released the specifics on what’s to come with the newest iPad, but it’s rumored to be equipped with 2GB RAM, 802.11ac WiFi, and a powerful A8X processor, according to MacWorld. However, others have suggested that by the time it comes out, it will feature the new A9 processor.
Size
Just like the newest MacBook, this iPad is supposed to be thinner than any of the previous iPads. It will most likely also feature a 7.9-inch display that functions better and clearer than the previous version, the Mini 3. Consumers seem to love the iPad mini for the compact size alone, and that doesn’t seem to be changing with the next update.
Contract with Verizon
The rumors state that the iPad Mini will be released through Verizon, which is another thing consumers seem to love. Both Apple and Verizon are two of the biggest names in technology today, and many consumers feel like they can trust names they’re familiar with. Verizon is noted for its excellent cell and data service wherever you go, even if you have to pay through the nose to get it.
