Halle Berry Shares Secret To Perky Breasts, Says She Wants To Do Fewer Movies

Halle Berry wants to spend less time acting and more time focusing on her new lingerie line. According to the actress, she has a few good reasons for getting into the undergarments business — she can spend more time with her family, and she credits bras for helping her breasts looking their best.

According to the Associated Press, Halle Berry is the co-owner and creative director of Scandale Paris, a lingerie line that she launched in Target stores last year. During an interview with Extra, the 48-year-old actress revealed why she’s so passionate about bras.

“It’s something I’ve always loved, I mean I have worn a bra and slept in a bra, probably TMI, since I was 16 years old. My mother taught me the importance of that and taking care of my body on that end, so lingerie and undergarments have been really important to me.”

Many women love to ditch their bras ASAP when they get home from work, but Halle believes that wearing a bra as much as possible has helped her breasts defy gravity and bounce back after giving birth twice.

“It is because I wear these things all the time, if you don’t want your boobs on your knees, it’s very important.”

During an interview with People, Halle pointed out that her past ad campaign for Revlon makes her the perfect star to launch a lingerie line at Target — Revlon is sold at the retail store, so she’s already reached the consumers she’s hoping to sell to.

“Through my long association with Revlon I have direct access to every woman and so I thought this would be a good platform for me to bring them something else.”

Halle says it feels more “like play” than work to pick out fabrics and designs for her lingerie line, and she’s passionate about providing women with affordable looks that they’ll fall in love with. The Bond girl also told AP that she loves selling lingerie because it’s easier to find time to spend with her children when she’s running a business instead of making a movie.

“Having a business like this, I can do more work at home, be with my family,” Berry said. “I have two little kids now. I can’t travel around the world and do a movie like I used to.”

Halle Berry might not be all that into making movies anymore, but the Oscar-winning star hasn’t completely given up on acting just yet. As the Inquisitr previously reported, Halle stars in the CBS sci-fi series Extant, which underwent a pretty big reboot for Season 2. The actress told Extra that she loves working on the show because she can bring her kids to work.

Halle Berry knows what’s important in life: her kids and her cleavage.
