Yolanda Foster Shares Lyme Disease Update, Posts Photo With A ‘Lot Of Pills’
Lyme disease sufferer Yolanda Foster is back from Germany and is continuing on with her battle. In one of her latest Instagram posts, shared on May 13, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star updated fans on her recovery and shared a shocking photo of her many medications.

Also yesterday, Foster shared a photo of herself and her oldest child, daughter Gigi Hadid, with the caption, “Though the journey is tiring, the life you save is so worth it…. Thank you for loving me the way that you do my sweet angel @gigihadid #MyShiningStar #MyGuidingLight.”
As the Inquisitr previously reported, Hadid has been traveling for the past several months, but she recently returned home to Los Angeles, where she is reportedly helping her mother through her Lyme disease struggles. According to a Hollywood Life report earlier this week, Hadid is focused on doing her part to help curb her mother’s Lyme disease side effects.
As for Foster’s possible return to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, that has yet to be revealed. While some of the show’s stars, including Kyle Richards, are in New York City to attend this week’s NBC Upfront, Foster remains in Los Angeles, and recent reports claim she may not be back.
Weeks ago, a Radar Online source claimed Foster’s husband, David, was extremely concerned about how the show could impact her Lyme disease battle. Although the choice to return will ultimately be up to Foster, David is said to be encouraging her to walk away.
“David has told Yolanda there is just no way she can return to the show because her condition is just getting worse. The Lyme disease is just ravaging her, and traveling for the international medical treatments is taking a toll. Yolanda is extremely weak, and her memory is suffering. David is just being protective because he doesn’t want any of the ladies to use her illness against her, as he knows those women are vicious.”
Although David is reportedly hoping Foster will not be a part of Season 6, she still wants to spread awareness for Lyme disease and allegedly feels the Bravo show is a great platform to do so.
“It will break Yolanda’s heart if she can’t be on RHOBH because she wants to use the platform to raise awareness about [Lyme disease].”
Foster was diagnosed with Lyme disease in 2012 and suffered a relapse in December of last year.
