James Freeman, Alleged Fiance Of ‘RHOA’ Kenya Moore, Is Married: Wife Speaks Out

James Freeman’s wife has spoken out about her husband’s alleged engagement to Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore. In an interview with Radar Online on May 13, James Freeman’s wife, Jaimi Gregory, revealed she was shocked to discover that Moore was reportedly claiming to be engaged to her husband.

Also in the interview, James Freeman’s wife revealed what really went on between him and the reality star after they were set up by Millionaire Matchmaker‘s Patti Stanger last year.

“[James Freeman] said he went on two or three dates after the show aired with Kenya. He told me they just kissed and nothing else. He said she just wasn’t the right person for her, but he wished her the best.”

On social media, however, that didn’t appear to be the case. Not only did Moore speak of a couple’s massage on her birthday months ago, she also shared a photo of a diamond ring on her engagement finger earlier this month. Although Moore didn’t reveal whether or not she was planning to wed, nor did she mention James Freeman by name, fans assumed the ring was from him as Moore had been insisting they were still together up until just one week ago.

Meanwhile, Gregory claims she and James Freeman have been together for six months and tied the knot in April — and that the Real Housewives of Atlanta star was fully aware of James Freeman’s new relationship.

“Kenya wrote to him saying that they should celebrate since their ratings were so high, but he told her that he had met someone and fell in love so it wasn’t appropriate for him to talk with her anymore.”

“Kenya wrote to him and told him that he hurt her brand. Of course he didn’t respond to her. But a little more than a week ago she reached out again and told him she needed a favor. When he asked what it was she told him she needed to talk to him in person. He didn’t want to do that so he didn’t respond.”

As for Moore’s engagement ring photo, James Freeman’s wife had one logical explanation: “This was obviously a publicity stunt. I know it was.”

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Moore revealed James Freeman was married earlier this week on Instagram. In her post, the reality star told fans she was “devastated,” but still open to finding a man in the future.
